Payment Method

Don't panic! It's really simple!

Once you have placed you order at the bottom of the Home page, you will need to make a payment before any printing, packaging or posting is started. All orders are made on demand.

I use PayPal as a third party to ensure that the transaction, your money, my money, and any Personal Data used is protected.

There are two methods available to you:

1) Either Log In or Sign Up to PayPal, where you can follow the simple instructions to make a safe bank transfer.

Please ensure all Credit card, Debit card and PayPal payments are to be made, in full, to the PayPal account :

2) Simply click on the button now to pay direct, without having to sign up to PayPal!

(You will need to enter the total payment value, so be sure to have it ready or written down!)

(This method does not allow me to see any financial information whatsoever)

Once payment has been received I shall contact you with confirmation of payment. Then I shall set to work crafting your custom-made order. Please allow 7 to 10 working days for printing, packaging and posting. Once I have posted the order, I shall again contact you to notify you that your order is on it's way!

RETURN POLICY

In the unlikely event of yourself being unhappy with what you have purchased, or whether you may have simply had a change of mind; there is a Returns Policy in place.

Orders that are returned in the condition as sold will be refunded in full. After receiving your purchase, there is a 14 day period where you may contact myself to find a solution to any queries you may have. I pride myself on customer service, and will endeavour to find a solution to any problem as soon as possible.
